How long have you been in business?
Blum Construction has be arround since 1995 as a remodel contractor. Before that Dave Blum was involved in construction as one of the owners of Cisco Development, a residential building company.
What is your primary product or service?
We do all types of residential construction from simple bath remodels to whole house remodels with additions.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been involved in real estate and constuction since I got out of high school in the early 70's.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer one on one service and I personally manage each and every project.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 location.
Which areas do you service?
We service the greater bay area with most of our jobs in the Los Gatos, Saratoga and Almaden area of San Jose.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I personally own and operate Blum Construction.
