Interview Q&A How long have you been in business?
We've been in business since 2001 and have had incredible growth and learning since we first started.

What is your primary product or service?
Our primary product is gift baskets and we do standard gifts, which are shown on the website as well as custom gifts. We really enjoy creating gifts that are meaning and always encourage customization.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our owner, Debbie Quintana, started the business back in 2001 with her mom. They both loved making gifts and decided to make a business out of it.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are very different. We use high quality products that taste great, encourage customization, offer free printed ribbon and above all - give fabulous customer service.

How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are an internet based company right now with plans to expand into Los Gatos at some point.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as Paypal.

Which areas do you service?
We delivery locally in the San Francisco Bay area and ship throughout the United States. Specifically, we deliver to: San Jose, Saratoga, Monte Sereno, Los Gatos, Cupertino, Los Altos, Mountain View, Menlo Park, Redwood City, Redwood Shores, Palo Alto, Milpitas, Woodside, Sunnyvale, Stanford, Fremont, Newark, Hayward, San Francisco, South San Francisco, Millbrae, San Bruno, Hillsborough, San Carlos, San Mateo, Burlingame and more - just ask.
