Older brother introduced me to computer technologies while I was in High School. Started as a computer operator then advanced to Systems Programmer, Software Engineer, Telecom Manager, then started my own business - Founder, President, CEO.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
1. Professional-level Management Practices at all levels: Intel Theory-Y; makes the company scalable, assures repeatable excellent quality in all we deliver to customers. Recruit and retain only the most talented, highest quality employees - no exceptions. 2. Major focus on the electronic IP interconnections: Telecom - subject matter experts, manufacturer certifications. 3. Engineering focus and fluency on all systems we deliver. Attention to detail, driven to perfection in everything we do internally and to customers. 4. Lead customers into the newest, and best cost-savings technologies, versus follow customers. Subject matter experts, trusted advisor. 5. We aim to simply be the best at what we do, not necessarily the cheapest. Set the quality level and pace for others to follow. Award winning.
