The mission of the Adult Day Health Care center is to prevent premature and unnecessary placement of its participants into long term care. It was created to keep frail elders and functionally impaired adults at home or with family members for as long as possible while maintaining their highest level of physical and mental functioning. The program offers Nursing Care, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Social Services, Nutrition and Activities.
