What is your primary product or service?
We help you choose the right branded product from many thousands of choices in apparel, pens, mugs, desk accessories, bags, toys, awards. We recommend art and layout, and make sure you get your products on time and on budget.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was on the client side at a large corporation buying collateral and promotional materials. When an opportunity came up for me to sell promotional products I took it and found that having been on the client side helped me understand and define client needs and provide great promotional solutions for the projects.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Once we have committed to work with a client we take on the role of their in-house advertising and sales promotion department Every step we take is with the client's best interest in mind. We'll recommend a less expensive option if we think that will work better. We'll suggest ways to save on shipping. We'll follow-up on stages of the order even if you don't specifically ask for it. We'll make sure you're happy with your order.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We do business in northern California out of San Mateo, and southern California out of Ojai.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa and checks. Inquire about other payment methods.
